1. Acceptance and authorized use

By accessing PsiSerenity, you accept these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent, as applicable. Only customer organizations, administrators, employees, or other duly provisioned users may use the platform.

Access to PsiSerenity may depend on contracts, service orders, invitations, permissions, and internal policies of the customer organization.

2. Accounts, credentials, and administration

Users must protect their credentials, use accurate information, and report unauthorized access. Administrators are responsible for configuring users, departments, campaigns, assessments, and permissions appropriately.

The customer organization is responsible for obtaining any authorizations, notices, or consents needed to invite participants and process information in PsiSerenity.

3. Permitted use and restrictions

  • Do not access, attempt to access, or query data belonging to an organization, user, or resource without authorization.
  • Do not bypass authentication, permissions, technical limits, security controls, or multi-company isolation.
  • Do not use PsiSerenity for illegal, discriminatory, abusive, invasive, or otherwise incompatible purposes with legitimate organizational wellbeing.
  • Do not interfere with service availability, introduce harmful code, perform abusive scraping, or overload infrastructure.
  • Do not upload data, media, or instructions that violate third-party rights, applicable laws, or contractual policies.

4. Non-medical nature of the service

PsiSerenity is an organizational wellbeing intelligence platform. It does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, provide treatment, replace clinical professionals, or operate as a medical, therapeutic, or emergency system.

Scores, alerts, reports, and interpretations are operational signals intended to support responsible organizational decisions. Any health, safety, or emergency situation must be handled through appropriate professional channels and procedures.

5. Customer data and processing

The customer organization retains its rights to data it provides or generates through use of PsiSerenity. PsiSerenity may process that data to operate, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the service according to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable agreements.

The customer must not upload data it is not authorized to process or share with PsiSerenity.

6. Availability, changes, and suspension

PsiSerenity aims to operate reliably, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, improve, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, performance, or product direction.

We may suspend or restrict access when there is abuse, security risk, violation of these terms, legal obligation, or use that may affect PsiSerenity, customers, or participants.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law and governing contracts, PsiSerenity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform.

Customer organizations are responsible for their employment, administrative, and wellbeing decisions, even when supported by reports or signals generated by PsiSerenity.

8. Updates and contact

PsiSerenity may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. Continued use of the platform after a published update may constitute acceptance of the current version.
